I have been doing Kitchens and (http://maplered.com) Bathrooms now for a few months and (http://maplered.com) just recently took over all my fabrication. I accepted a Job, Took Deposit, Started on Fabrication, Moved most of the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) to the customers house, Now im in a pickle......
I have 200Sq Ft of Giblee or GhiBli Material (http://g654.org) , I Have a 3 Wall shower and (http://maplered.com) Bathtub, and (http://maplered.com) vanity with two undermount sinks. I alos am re-doing an island (http://maplered.com) with a 1 1/2 full Laminated bullnose all the way around. Heres the list of problems I Have now.
I do not know how to make the 3 walls in the shower match up. It is a very large open shower and (http://maplered.com) the 3 walls are shaped like the top of a stop sign, on that angle. The measurements of the walls are (2) 55W X 80H and (http://maplered.com) the middle wall is 13 X 80. Im in deep doo-doo,,, I never figured it would be togh to match them up....Boy was i wrong. Help Needed.
The island (http://maplered.com) is Black galaxy. I have laminated the edge, put the bullnose on, and (http://maplered.com) am trying to polish it. I cannot get the polish to come out good at all,,, I can also not match the top, I have dimples scratches in some places, and (http://maplered.com) an uneven bullnose in some areas., and (http://maplered.com) some very dull areas.... I have polished it 2 times so far...
